All prices and transactions are in US Dollars(USD). We only ship within The United Sates typically within 24-72 hours of receipt of order. We use UPS Ground and USPS, depending on the delivery address.
Shipping fees are pre-set by dollar value within The United States and must be selected correctly at checkout. All shipping fees include basic insurance coverage and fuel surcharges. GST will be applied to all shipping charges.
All orders ship complete. Pre-ordered products that are placed with any (non pre-order) order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item arrives. Partial shipped orders are permitted, however, additional shipping fees will apply.
Refusal of Delivery: Any order refused is charged a $20.00 fee and customer is responsible for any other costs that occur during the delivery process. Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Envi Boutique due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If a free shipping coupon was applied, it will not be valid due to the error on the customer’s part, and the customer will be charged for all shipping costs. Fees: Envi Boutique will not be responsible for any financial charges you may incur by your banking institution or delivery provider.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return unused, unwashed, non-sale items (exceptions listed below) in their original condition with tags attached within 14 days, less the shipping costs for a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a Envi Boutique Return Authorization (included in package). The shipping charges to return an item back to us are the customer’s responsibility.
Some items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: All purchases of items on-sale and/or discounted are final. We cannot accept returns on special order items. We cannot accept returns on pre-order items. Items that are considered pre-order will clearly be noted on their product page. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.

Items must be received by Envi Boutique within 10 days of receiving for an exchange/return. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return or exchange.
Please note: Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original method of payment. Credit amount for any return or exchange will be for the price of the product(s) less any applicable shipping charges; i.e. if your original order total qualified you for free shipping, but your return sets you below our free ship offer you will be credited for the item amount less the initial ship charges for that item. Please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of your return.
If your product has a manufacturing defect, Envi Boutique is happy to replace it for you. There will be no shipping charge on replacements.
